CANCELLATION POLICY

     Due to an unusually high number of last minute cancellations, we will be implementing a cancellation policy effective immediately.  We kindly ask that you give at least 24 notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.  This allows us ample time to accommodate those clients on a waiting list and ensures that we will not lose income for the allotted time period. 

     A fee of half the service price will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given.  This fee will need to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.  

     We appreciate your business and hope that you understand that our income is greatly affected by not being able to utilize our time effectively.

     If your stylist is an independent contractor at The Maxx Salon, please check with them regarding their policies.
